My online booking is currently paused, but there are still a few ways to book an appointment with me:

I’ll do my best to book you into the next available appointment that works with your schedule.

OPTION 2: Join the Waitlist

The waitlist on my Jane profile is the best option if you’re flexible, open to last-minute openings, or hoping to get in sooner. I regularly review my waitlist and will reach out directly if availability opens due to cancellations.

At this time, I have limited availability remaining throughout the summer, with appointments currently booking into August. Evening appointments remain fully reserved, and weekend availability is extremely limited.

The waitlist continues to be the best option for those hoping to secure an appointment sooner.

Beginning July 1, I will be accepting booking requests for September, October, November, and December. Fall appointments will continue to be managed exclusively via email. As MadSkin continues to grow, I am working to ensure current clients maintain consistent access to appointments while still welcoming new clients into the clinic. Email booking allows me to better manage availability and provide the most personalized experience possible.

Pre-booking is highly recommended, particularly for those requiring specific dates, evening appointments, or weekend availability.

Please Note: MadSkin is a no-tipping studio. Pricing is thoughtfully set to reflect the time, expertise, education, and care that goes into each treatment, so gratuities are neither expected nor accepted.

Cancellation Policy

As a solo practitioner, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on my business. To respect both my time and that of clients waiting for appointments, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments:

• Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service fee • Cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours: 100% of the scheduled service fee • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service fee

In-Clinic Days (Appointments + Product Pickups)

• Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM • Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Virtual Consultations & Product Deliveries

• Monday • Thursday

For current clients: if these updated hours are making it difficult to book, please reach out directly and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

A current client is defined as anyone who has visited MadSkin within the past 24 months.
