IMPORTANT UPDATE

My online booking is currently paused, but there are still a few ways to book an appointment with me:

OPTION 1: Email hello@madskinyyc.ca and I will do my best to book you into the next available appointment that works with your schedule.

OPTION 2: Add yourself to the waitlist. This is ideal if you’re flexible, open to last-minute openings, or prefer not to book too far in advance. I’ll reach out directly if availability opens up.

I am welcoming new clients; however, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all new bookings and will be applied toward your service total. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, the deposit will be retained in accordance with our policy.

At this time, my schedule is fully booked for evenings and weekends through the end of May. These appointments are reserved for current clients and will only become available in the event of a cancellation.

Daytime availability is very limited, with a few scattered openings remaining throughout April. There is still some availability in May for daytime appointments.

Pre-booking is open through May 2026. June, July, and August bookings will open via email on April 1, 2026.

Pre-booking for the summer months is strongly recommended, as this is peak wedding season and I will also be away periodically for summer holidays.

I have recently streamlined my service menu to create a more intentional, customized experience. If you have any questions about services or are unsure what to book, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email — I’m always happy to guide you.

Please note: MadSkin is a no-tipping studio. Pricing is thoughtfully set to reflect the time, expertise, and care that goes into each treatment, so gratuities are neither expected nor accepted.

In-Clinic Days (appointments + product pickups): • Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM • Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Virtual Consultations & Product Deliveries: • Monday • Thursday

For current clients: if these updated hours are making it difficult to book, please reach out directly and I’ll do my best to accommodate. A current client is defined as anyone who has visited MadSkin within the past 24 months.

Please note that booking requests and inquiries are not accepted via Instagram DMs or Facebook Messenger. For the quickest and most accurate assistance, all communication must go through email.
