*IMPORTANT UPDATE*

Hi everyone!

My online booking is currently paused, but there are still a few ways to book an appointment with me.

OPTION 1: email hello@madskinyyc.ca, and I will do my best to book you into the next available appointment that works with your schedule.
OPTION 2: add yourself to the waitlist. This is ideal if you’re flexible, open to last-minute openings, or prefer not to book too far in advance. I’ll reach out directly if availability opens up.

I am welcoming new clients; however, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all new bookings and will be applied toward your service total. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, the deposit is retained in accordance with our policy.

At this time, my schedule is fully booked and I am currently booking 2–3 weeks out, with pre-booking available through April 2026. Evenings and weekends are reserved for current clients, with limited availability opening only in the event of a cancellation.

I have recently streamlined my service menu to create a more intentional, customized experience. If you have any questions about services or are unsure what to book, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email — I’m always happy to help guide you.

Please note: MadSkin is a no-tipping studio. Our pricing is thoughtfully set to reflect the time, expertise, and care that goes into each treatment, so gratuities are neither expected nor accepted.

Please note that booking requests and inquiries are not accepted via Instagram DMs or Facebook Messenger. For the quickest and most accurate assistance, all communication must go through email.

You’ll be asked to complete our consultation form in advance so I can better understand your skin history, concerns, and goals. This allows me to fully support you during our appointment and provide thoughtful home-care and treatment recommendations to help guide your skin journey moving forward.

Please note: in-clinic consultation availability may have a longer wait period, while virtual consultations are typically completed within 7 days of your request.

Our online skin store remains fully open. Product pickups and city-wide delivery are still available — simply email hello@madskinyyc.ca once you have placed your online order to arrange your pickup or delivery.

SkinPen Microneedling is a medical-grade, device-based treatment designed to support collagen production and improve the appearance of skin texture, tone, and overall skin quality. It may help reduce the appearance of acne scarring, fine lines, enlarged pores, and uneven texture.

This treatment includes post-care products to support the skin’s recovery. Temporary redness and sensitivity are common, and downtime varies by individual. A consultation is recommended prior to your first treatment to assess suitability and review pre and post-care guidelines.

This is my personal favourite results-driven treatment!

DiolazeXL is a laser hair reduction treatment designed to safely target unwanted hair using advanced laser technology with integrated cooling for comfort.

Results vary, and 6-8 sessions are typically required to achieve optimal reduction. A consultation is required (regardless of previous laser history) prior to starting treatment to assess skin and hair suitability and review pre and post-care guidelines.

Lumecca is an intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment, also known as a "photofacial" and is designed to address the appearance of pigmentation, sun damage, redness, and visible capillaries.

Temporary darkening of pigment, redness, or mild swelling may occur following treatment. Downtime and results vary by individual. A consultation is required prior to treatment to assess suitability and review pre and post-care instructions.
